Policies

Processing, Shipping & Delivery: 

• All orders are preordered and made to order to ensure premium quality.

• Processing time: 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders may ship sooner depending on stock availability.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking updates typically become active within 24-48 hours.

• A signature is required upon delivery to protect your purchase.

• Siérra Deluxé Hair Co. is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they’ve been marked as “Delivered”

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

•If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

•If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

• Because each order is custom prepared, cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

• After 24 hours, your order automatically enters processing and cannot be canceled or altered.

• Orders marked as “Ready to Ship” or already processed are final sale.

• In limited cases, a credit may be issued at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once hair has been shipped, altered, installed, colored, or handled in any way.

• Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

• If there’s a concern with your order upon receiving it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sdluxehair.com for review.

Late or Missing Packages:

• Siérra Deluxé Hair Co. is not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

• Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

• If your package fails to deliver and is returned to us, you will receive a credit or invoice for reshipment to the correct address.
