Hair Care

Always wash and condition your extensions before install.

• Deep condition every 2 weeks to keep the hair lustrous, healthy, and moisturized.

-Reason: You MUST deep condition because the hair has been cut from it’s donors head, it will be lacking the nutrients it would normally get, therefore these nutrients have to be manually put back into the hair to give it luster and increase it’s longevity.

• Use a sulfate-free, paraben-free shampoo and conditioner or a moisturizing hair mask.

• Always detangle before washing, starting from the ends and working your way up using a wide-tooth comb or wet brush, this will ensure that the hair is easier to manage while wet.

• Detangle ONLY when conditioner is in the hair for less breakage.

• After washing, gently pat dry and apply a light leave-in conditioner or natural oil to lock in and retain its moisture.

• Blow drying is NOT recommended. Air dry when possible to prevent heat damage and avoid strand breakage from overheating.

• Apply a small amount of oil daily to maintain shine. Avoid product buildup. Product build up may cause the extensions to become coarse, dull, and unhealthy.

• For curly or wavy textures, use a generous leave-in conditioner to define curls.

• Always use a heat protectant before styling with heating tools.

• Sleep in a silk bonnet or on a silk pillowcase to retain moisture and reduce breakage.

• For coloring, consult a professional colorist to avoid damage and ensure the best results.
